Relationship Ethics

Relationship ethics are concerned with what is the best way to relate to friends, family, partners, and other social relations. Everyone has an important stake in relationship ethics. This area can overlap to include issues with religion, manners, love, sex, and personal ethics. Many magazines (such as Oprah's on-line magazine), newspapers, and television shows use relationship ethics as a source for their material - areas of fidelity, rudeness, poor social skills, and destructive behavior need consideration.

Although frequently dramatized and sensationalized, these issues are actually relationship ethics in disguise.

Quite often, relationship ethics fall into the realm of questions of selfishness, obligation, and personal boundary setting.
